In a shooting incident in Harumalgoda, Habaraduwa last night (28), two individuals were injured. According to Habaraduwa Police, the victims include a local fishmonger and a tuk-tuk driver. The attackers, who arrived on a motorcycle, targeted the fishmonger and fired additional shots at the nearby tuk-tuk when the fishmonger sought refuge. Despite being injured, the tuk-tuk driver managed to drive himself to the hospital. The injured men, aged 34 and 54, are from Habaraduwa and Agulugaha areas, respectively. The police are investigating the incident and searching for the perpetrators.
