In an incident at Thalangama Koswatta’s 8th Mile post, more than ten individuals have been hospitalized following a collision between two private buses. Among the injured is the driver of bus number 177, responsible for the accident.
The collision involved buses operating on Route No. 190 from Meegoda to Fort and Route No. 177 from Kaduwela to Kollupitiya. According to police reports, the accident occurred near Battaramulla Talahena when the bus heading towards Colombo Fort was hit from behind by the bus traveling from Kaduwela to Kollupitiya.
