Hezbollah has launched approximately 200 rocket attacks from Lebanon into northern Israel, following the death of a senior Hezbollah commander in an Israeli airstrike last night. The Israeli military has acknowledged responsibility for the commander’s death in a statement. In response to the Lebanese rocket attacks, Israel has conducted retaliatory strikes.
