Two earthquakes of magnitudes 4.9 and 4.8 have occurred continuously in the Baramulla areas of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
The first of these happened today (20) at around 6.45 am, the country’s media said.
India’s National Center for Seismology has stated that the second earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km from the first one.
The damage caused by these earthquakes has not been assessed so far. However, further investigations are being conducted regarding this situation.
