President Ranil Wickremesinghe recently opened the 350 MW open cycle phase of the Kerawalapitiya “Sobadhanavi” Combined Cycle Power Plant. With LNG serving as its main fuel source, this historic energy sector development will take a big step toward producing energy in a sustainable manner.
