The Excise Department of Sri Lanka has announced that all licensed liquor establishments located in various Divisional Secretariats will be closed throughout Poson week.
Liquor stores in the Central Nuwaragam Province Regional Secretariat Division, the East Nuwaragam Province Regional Secretariat Division, and the Mihintale Regional Secretariat Division will close.
According to a statement from the Excise Department, these liquor establishments will be closed throughout Poson Week, which runs from June 18 to June 24.
