The Court of Appeal has ordered the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic to immediately register assembled automobiles for 41 persons whose registration requests had previously been denied. The court ordered that all pending car registrations be completed by October 31.
Furthermore, the court has directed the Commissioner General to compensate each petitioner with Rs. 10,000 for legal fees incurred throughout the hearings.
