This apartment holds sentimental value as Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan once resided there during the early years of Shah Rukh’s acting career. Gauri Khan personally decorated the two floors that Aryan Khan has now acquired. Notably, Shah Rukh Khan owns the lower two floors of the same building, highlighting the significance of Aryan Khan’s new acquisition in this prominent location.
