Sri Lankan fast bowler Nuwan Thushara has been sidelined due to an injury sustained during a fielding practice session at the Pallekele Cricket Stadium in Kandy. As a result, Thushara will be unable to participate in the upcoming cricket tournament against India.
In response to Thushara’s injury, sources indicate that the Sri Lankan cricket board plans to call up Dilshan Madhushanka as his replacement. Additionally, the team faces another setback as Dushmantha Chameera has also been removed from the squad due to illness.
