Mahinda Kahandagama, previously affiliated with the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna as a Municipal Councilor of Colombo, has officially joined the United National Party. His membership was confirmed at the United National Party Head Office, Sirikotha, under the leadership of President Ranil Wickramasinghe.
