According to the 2022 Annual Auditor General’s report, it revealed that 16 million rupees related to 74 electricity connections that had been given to the houses of parliamentarians had not been recovered by the end of 2022.
According to the report, it is stated that 5 million rupees have been outstanding for more than six years in relation to 29 connections.
Meanwhile, the report has shown that there was an outstanding balance of 3 million rupees related to the other 30 connections that had not been recovered for more than a year.
