Former Mayor of the Moratuwa Municipal Council Saman Lal Fernando has been arrested by officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) this afternoon (10).
He was to be produced before the Chief Magistrates Court Colombo.
