According to the Ceylon Electricity Report, yesterday, the power outage across Sri Lanka was due to a breakdown of the Kotmale-Biyagama transmission line.
Noel Priyantha said that the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), the country’s power monopoly, is working to restore power.
