D.O.G.E.: Elon Musk’s New Mission in Trump’s Government

President-elect Donald Trump has announced key figures for his new administration as he gears up for a return to the White House. In a surprising move, Trump named Elon Musk, the owner of ‘X,’ and former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to lead a new “Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E).”

Florida Republican Rep. Mike Waltz will take on the role of national security adviser, and Pete Hegseth, a veteran and co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend, will become Secretary of Defense. Trump has chosen former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee as the next U.S. ambassador to Israel, and longtime friend and real estate developer Steve Witkoff as Special Envoy to the Middle East.

Veteran Republican lawyer Bill McGinley will serve as White House counsel, and former congressman John Ratcliffe has been appointed as CIA director.
